DALE STEYN

Pace Bowling is one of the best skills of art in the whole world....
Dale Steyn, a South-African pacer, has the guts to score 0-3, which is my 'dream' score... Only HE can do this, nd none other.
How to become a GOOD PACER?
I wish to share the skills I do to be a pacer.
Wake up early in the morning.
Run round a enclosed area, a park or something like that.
Slip your arm fast, which will give free arm movement. Do anything which will help to keep the body fit!!!
Practice Football, Badminton, Tennis, etc.(if possible)... This will give free leg and arm movement.
Do 50-70 PUSH-UPs everyday!!! And also FREE-HAND EXERCISE is necessary to be done...
Place only one wicket and try to hit the wicket. Spin the ball inwards as well as outwards...
It's quite difficult to spin the ball while doing the pacing... But set the mind COOL and measure the steppings and also target the middle stump.
Calculate in your own mind, how will u spin the ball... At what degree of angle will u spin the ball and at the same time, what will be the distance of pitch of the ball from the wicket...
(Note: Degree of ANGLE OF SPIN and the Distance of PITCH OF THE BALL from the wicket are directly proportional!!!)
No matter whether it's in-swinger or out-swinger, the arm must be strong, hard and fixed!!!!
